Yes! in a chemical lab just as the Frankenstein movie, they are created from chemicals and obviously what is not natural is bad for your body. Avoid those colorful drinks you see at the stores, they are rat poison for our bodies and if you want to lose weight, then you should know these drinks are going to make your appetite grow and make you eat more.

These three types of food that we consume everyday have to be taken off of your diet. If you really want to lose weight and keep it up then drink more water, eat more natural unprocessed foods and keep your sugar intake to the minimum.
